2. Purpose

This website (nightswap.app) presents NightSwap, an upcoming app for parents that is still in development, and lets you join its waitlist. Using the site means you accept these terms.

3. The waitlist

• Joining is free and involves no commitment to buy or subscribe.
• Information about features, platforms, perks and prices is indicative and may change before launch. No launch date is guaranteed.
• Your position on the list is indicative. Referrals only count once the invited person confirms their email. We may cancel fraudulent referrals or entries (for example, fake or automated emails) and exclude anyone who abuses the system.
• Any perks or codes offered (for example, “Founding Families”) are subject to the conditions stated at the time and can only be redeemed in the app once it is available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to enter other people’s data without permission, and not to try to damage, overload or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, designs, illustrations, logos and code of this site belong to the owner or are used under licence and may not be reproduced without permission. The Outfit typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License and Lucide icons under the ISC licence.

6. Liability

NightSwap does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this site replaces the advice of a healthcare professional. We do our best to keep the site running smoothly but cannot guarantee it at all times.

7. Governing law
